Before partnering with Plego, 10FOLD struggled with the traditional method of manually sorting through online articles for their clients.

After receiving published articles from third parties, they had to sift through thousands of articles containing their clients’ names and categorize them based on different parameters, such as duplicates, 404 errors, featured names, or out-of-region content.

This AI platform transformed their analysis process, cutting out manual effort, improving data accuracy, and simplifying tasks with smart algorithms and user-friendly dashboards.

Dashboard

The simple dashboard screen gives users a bird’s eye view and addresses previously unsorted and scattered records. The interface allows users to download the final output of their submitted files effortlessly. 

Upon file upload, the application automatically processes the data, enabling users to navigate through and view records of skipped files with different errors. Users can download final reports based on predefined parameters. 

Additionally, 10FOLD team members can apply various filters, such as selecting the language of articles, to refine their search.

Generated and Skip Buttons

Users can download the final AI-detected report by clicking the “Generated” button. 

Moreover, clicking the number under the “Skip” column displays the following detailed report containing all errors and reasons based on predefined parameters.

Upload Files

The “Upload Files” button redirects users to the following screen, where they can select a file containing thousands of article URLs, assign a name to the file, choose or create a client name, and specify an email address if a report needs to be sent.

Select Files

The “Next” button transitions users to a screen where they can map and adjust all or select columns according to their preferences.

Confirm Mapping

The “Confirm Mapping” stage provides users with a summary of the report before proceeding with the submission.

Admin

The dashboard offers admins an overview of all reports submitted by users. Admins have access to view all generated reports.

Publication

The portal automatically detects articles associated with different industries, allowing admins to select or search for the publication type under which the articles fall and seamlessly export them.

Admins can also create publication types and select the appropriate tier within the portal.

Admins can edit publications and assign different tiers as per their preference.

User Management

The following screen enables admins to create, view, edit, delete, and download the list of users registered on the portal.

Admins can also create users by providing their details and assigning roles within the application.
