Job Description:
Plego is seeking multiple .NET and C# Developers to work on-site at our client’s location near Glendale Heights, IL. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assessing and updating a proprietary application, ensuring it meets the client’s evolving needs with a strong technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on-site at the client’s location near Glendale Heights, IL.
- Assess and review the existing proprietary application, focusing on reporting updates and structural improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the client’s team to ensure the application continues to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement updates, enhancing the application’s performance and usability.
- Provide regular updates to the client’s Business Analyst, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
- Thoroughly document all development work and ensure seamless integration of code into the client’s environment.
- Work closely with the client’s development team during the testing phase to resolve any issues and ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, WPF, and C# development.
- Significant experience in application development, maintenance, and updates.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
- Experience in creating comprehensive documentation and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Availability to work on-site at the client’s location near Glendale Heights, IL.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise application development, particularly in structural review and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies.
- Previous experience working on proprietary software solutions.
